SouthCon Building Group, LLC is a locally owned and operated commercial general contracting company founded by partners Chris Spach and Jim Woods in the Spring of 2008. Chris and Jim have lived and worked in Charleston for over ten years and have over fifty-eight years of construction experience collectively.

SouthCon is a full service General Contractor headquartered in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Our experience encompasses commercial, industrial, retail and institutional projects. We hold an unlimited General Contractors license in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. We also have on staff LEED Accredited Professionals to aid in the planning and construction of sustainable projects.
