Description: The project consists of “Class A” office and detached warehouse. The construction consists of a steel and brick office building and a pre-engineered metal building warehouse. The site improvements include an entry road, parking, site lighting, and landscaping. Trades associated with the project included earthquake drains, concrete, masonry, structural steel, PEMB, metal framing and drywall, painting, architectural millwork/casework, doors and frames, ceramic tile, sheet vinyl, carpet, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.
