Description: New construction of 17,000 Sq. Ft. of office building and warehouse in addition to a 17,500 Sq. Ft. truck storage building. The office building is constructed of conventional steel with brick veneer exterior. The truck shed is a pre-engineered metal building with a split face CMU and metal wall panel exterior. The site consists of parking areas, equipment storage areas, landscaping and detention ponds.
