Project Description

This project involved a 50,000 square foot expansion to an existing facility. The new warehouse and loading dock were constructed using a pre-engineered steel rigid frame with insulated wall panel cladding. The roof features a standing seam system, with roof-mounted package equipment providing heating and cooling to the facility. Sitework included storm drainage improvements, heavy-duty asphalt and concrete paving, and landscaping enhancements.
