This project involved the ground-up construction of a 3,000-square-foot branch office for First Reliance Bank. The scope of work included comprehensive site development and a structural system featuring steel framing, heavy-gauge metal studs, wood trusses, and masonry. Exterior elements incorporated a standing seam metal roof and impact-rated storefront systems, while the interior was finished with glass wall systems, custom architectural millwork and cabinetry, ceramic tile, and other high-end finishes throughout.
