Project Description

This project involved the complete development of an amenity center and pool complex for Toll Brothers, Inc., including both pre-construction and construction services. The 2,100 SqFt, single-story building features wood frame construction with open web trusses, slab-on-grade foundation, brick veneer, fiber cement siding, and a standing seam metal roof. Interior finishes include epoxy flooring and full mechanical system installations. The facility also includes a swimming pool, restrooms, changing areas, a pump room, and storage space.
