Project Description

This project involved the new construction of a 120,000 square foot boat manufacturing facility, a 1,400 square foot hazardous materials storage building, and extensive site improvements spanning 8.4 acres. The exterior features a combination of metal wall panels, EIFS, and functional awnings. The interior includes a 20,000 square foot structural steel mezzanine, six 10-ton overhead bridge cranes, three hangar doors, as well as office spaces, restrooms, a stockroom, and an employee break room/lounge.
