Project Description

This project involved the renovation of an existing freestanding retail facility, which was subdivided into three separate retail spaces. The scope of work included demolition, cast-in-place concrete for sidewalks and patios, masonry, structural and miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry, fiber cement trim, and metal coping at the roof parapet. Additional work included the installation of aluminum storefront doors and windows, an automatic sliding entrance door, hollow metal doors and frames, door hardware, painting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
