Folly Beach County Park – Dunes House Charleston, SC

Project Description

This project consisted of New Construction of a Public Use Facility at Charleston County Park on Folly Beach, the work consisted of Public Restrooms, Concessions, Administrative Offices, Lifeguard Office and Storage.  The plan consisted of two elevated buildings connected by a large deck area.  Also included is the renovation of the beach access paths, changing room and showers throughout the park and the Pelican Watch Beach House.
