Project Description

This project consists of Demolition of existing roofing, gutters, downspouts, existing entrance poritcos, and associated elements; Installation of new roof, gutters, downspouts, entry porticos and additional facade elements.  The Project includes structural work and selective electrical to exterior only.  Project was scheduled to start after busy tourist season, and has allowed tenants to remain open during renovations.
