Project Description

This project involved the complete demolition of the existing roof system, gutters, downspouts, entrance porticos, and associated elements. The scope included installation of a new roof, gutters, downspouts, entry porticos, and enhanced façade elements, along with structural remediation and electrical upgrades. Work was carefully phased to ensure continuous operation of the retail spaces and minimize disruption to tenants throughout construction.
