SCANA Electric Operations Complex consists of an electric operation building, truck storage and trailer sheds totaling in excess of 100,000 Sq. Ft. The primary building structure consists of a pre-engineered steel frame and standing seam metal roof panels. The exterior walls are clad with a combination of split face block and brick veneer. The storefront and window system are impact rated. The site improvements consist of approximately 22 acres of equipment storage and laydown area.
