This project consisted of new construction of the 17,500 SqFt Kiawah River Commissary Building on Johns Island, SC. This multi-purpose operations facility was constructed to support the Dunlin Hotel an Auberge Resorts Collection property. It included administrative offices, housekeeping, and staff spaces, in addition to an industrial Kitchen and Bakery, Dining Room, Locker Room, and Warehouse Storage.
