Project Description

This project consisted of new construction of an 11,295 SqFt Animal Center. Finishes include cast-in-place concrete (footings, slab on grade), masonry (CMU/brick veneer), pre-engineered metal building, misc. steel, metal decking, mod bit roofing, chain link fencing and gates (dog kennels/runs), site work/landscaping, termite protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and fire alarm, rough carpentry, cabinets and countertops, joint sealants, sheet metal flashing and trim, hollow metal doors & frames, flush wood doors, finish hardware, aluminum entrances and storefront, glazing, fixed aluminum louvers.

Interior finishes include metal stud framing, GWB, acoustical ceilings, batt insulation, stained concrete flooring, exterior & interior painting, fire extinguishers/cabinets, interior signage, toilet and bath accessories, hand dryers, and metal lockers.
