Project Description

This project involved site development and the construction of two multi-tenant buildings, each with the capacity to accommodate up to six tenants. The buildings were designed with adaptable shell structures, allowing for flexible tenant fit-outs in the future. The exterior features a blend of materials, including extensive use of brick, storefront glass, heavy timber canopies, metal wall panels, and EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System), creating a modern, dynamic aesthetic. The total project spans approximately 13,500 square feet of new retail space.
