Project Description

The project consisted of sitework and new construction of two multi-tenant buildings with the capacity of up to 6 tenants. The buildings were constructed with shells to allow for flexibility of future tenant up-fits. The buildings were clad in multiple veneers including liberal use of brick, storefront, heavy timber canopies, metal wall panels, and EIFS. The project totaled approximately 13,500 SqFt of new retail space.
