Project Description

This project consists of general construction build-out of an Employee Cafeteria in an existing building envelope.  Build-out construction includes underground rough-ins, slab on grade, metal stud framing and drywall, structural steel, paint, ceramic floor and wall tile, plumbing, mechanical electrical systems, as well as coordinating the installation of the Owner contracted food service equipment.
