This project involved the new construction of a public use facility at Charleston County Park on Folly Beach. The scope included public restrooms, concessions, administrative offices, a lifeguard office, and storage areas. The facility features two elevated buildings connected by a large deck, along with ADA-accessible beach access paths. Additional elements included changing rooms, outdoor showers, and the renovation of the existing Pelican Watch Beach House.
