Project Description

This project consisted of 3 vertical structures for the Hanahan Recreation Park—a restroom building, a Recreation Center, and a Pavillion, for a total of 7,887 SqFt of building space for a 53-acre city park. Trades included Cast in Place Concrete (Footings, Slab on Grade), Masonry (CMU Block/Split Face CMU), Cast Stone, Rough Carpentry, Wood Framing (Buildings), Wood Roof Trusses, Wood Brackets, Cementitious Siding/Trim, Architectural Casework, Running Trim, Plastic Laminate Cabinets, Fluid Applied Weather Barrier, Joint Sealants, Damp proofing, Thermal Insulation (Rigid Board/Batt), Metal Roofing, Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim, Hollow Metal Doors & Frames, Flush Wood Doors, Finish Hardware, Aluminum Entrances and Storefront, Glazing, Rolling Counter Doors, Fixed Aluminum Louvers.
