This project involved the new construction of a 12,400 square foot fire station and headquarters. Sitework included soil surcharge, EQ drains, earthwork, utilities, paving, and landscaping. The building features a one-story masonry and cold-formed steel structure, with designated areas for fire apparatus, living quarters, administration offices, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The exterior showcases cedar siding, a metal roof, aluminum storefronts, and large folding and rolling doors for the truck bays. Interior finishes include painted drywall, polished concrete, ceramic and carpet tile flooring, and acoustic tile ceilings.
