Project Description

This project consists of construction of a Thai restaurant in downtown Columbia in a historic decommissioned Fire Station, currently undergoing renovation by SouthCon Building Group.  The tenant improvements includes HVAC, plumbing,and electrical systems.  The Finishes and Millwork reflect the emphasize the industrial origin of the building and provide a unique and modern interior.
