This project consisted of new construction of the 17,500 SqFt Kiawah River Commissary Building on Johns Island, SC. This multi-purpose support operations facility for the future Dunlin Hotel included an Administrative Area (offices, housekeeping and staff spaces), Industrial Kitchen and Bakery, Dining Room, Locker Room, and Warehouse Storage.
