Project Description

This project involved the renovation of an existing 11,896 SqFt tenant space to convert it into a new charter high school. The scope of work included the demolition of existing walls, ceilings, and finishes, followed by the installation of new drywall partitions. The project also featured the reconfiguration and expansion of existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as the installation of new acoustical ceilings, flooring, and wood doors with frames and hardware.
