Project Description

This project consisted of the renovation of an existing 11,896 SqFt tenant space with a conversion to a new charter high school. The Scope of Work includes demolition of existing walls, ceilings and finishes which were replaced with new drywall partitions, reconfiguration and expansion of existing MEP systems, installation of new acoustical ceiling, flooring and wood doors/frames/hardware.
