This project consists of construction of a new 120,000 SqFt boat manufacturing building, 1,400 SqFt hazardous storage building, and 8.4 acres of sitework improvements. Exterior finishes include metal wall panels, EIFS, and awnings. The interior includes a 20,000 SqFt structural steel mezzanine, six 10-ton overhead bridge cranes, three hangar doors, office, restrooms, stock room and employee break room/lounge.
