Project Description

This project consisted of renovation of an existing free-standing retail facility to be subdivided into 3 retail spaces.  The work included Demolition, Cast in Place Concrete (Sidewalks/Patios), Masonry, Structural/Misc. Steel, Tough Carpentry, Fiber Cement Trim, Metal Coping at Roof Parapet, Aluminum Storefront Doors & Windows, Auto Entrance Sliding Door, Hallow Metal Doors and Frames, Door Hardware, Painting Pluming, and Electrical.
