Project Description

This project involved the new construction of a 2,382-square-foot Amenity Center situated on a 1.75-acre site at Hewing Farms for Mungo Homes. The facility includes ADA-compliant restrooms, an open gathering area with a solid surface counter, and a spacious pool deck. Both the open area and pool deck are covered and feature an exposed truss design that provides architectural interest and functional shelter.
