The project consisted of the construction of a single story brick structure. The site improvements included n entry road, parking, brick pavers and landscaping. Trades associated with the project included earthquake drains, concrete, masonry, structural steel, metal framing and drywall, stucco, painting, architectural millwork/casework, doors and frames, ceramic tile, VCT, carpet, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.
