The project consists of the construction of a single story brick structure. The site improvements include an entry road, parking, brick pavers and landscaping. Trades associated with the project included earthquake drains, concrete, masonry, structural steel, metal framing and drywall, stucco, painting, architectural millwork/casework, doors and frames, ceramic tile, VCT, carpet, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.
