This project consists of approximately 3,000 SqFt of single story construction for the Nexton-Summerville branch of Southern First Bank. The exterior design features classic Lowcountry finishes to include brick, cast stone, stucco, and standing seam metal roofing. A clerestory cupola and ample storefront glass provide natural light to the entry and patron common areas. The facility effectively pairs modern, luxury, low country themed finishes with the latest in Banking technology and security.
