The Citadel – Swain Boat House  Charleston, SC

Project Description

This project consists of New Construction of a river-front clubhouse with kitchen facilities, restrooms, and Event space with a large open outdoor deck with grills, as well as a floating dock for water access.  The building replaces the former Citadel Yacht Club and will function as a premier event space both on campus and throughout the Charleston community.  A small fleet of power boats and canoes are available for use by Citadel Faculty, Staff, Cadets and Graduate students.
