This project consisted of the comprehensive renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing facility to create a state-of-the-art, full-service veterinary hospital. The scope included extensive exterior and interior reconfiguration, significant structural upgrades, and the integration of specialized building systems to support advanced veterinary medicine and around-the-clock care.
The facility features administrative and clinical offices, a 24/7 emergency and specialty care clinic, six surgical suites, twenty-one exam rooms, and dedicated canine and feline intensive care units. Diagnostic and specialty spaces include two X-ray rooms, an ultrasound suite, a CT scan room, and specialized treatment areas for neurology, cardiology, endoscopy, and oncology.
To support the hospital’s complex operational requirements, the project included significant mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, along with the installation of three oxygen generators to ensure system redundancy, efficiency, and continuous operation. Additional features include canine run areas, sports medicine and rehabilitation facilities, theriogenology suites, and infrastructure to accommodate a mobile MRI trailer.
Designed to optimize workflow, infection control, and functional zoning, the completed facility delivers a highly specialized and efficient healthcare environment tailored to the evolving needs of modern veterinary medicine.
