Project Description

This project consists of construction of a new 2-Story Medical Office Building with first floor lobby and exam rooms and second floor offices and laboratory.  The primary structural frame is steel and includes light gauge joists and metal stud framing.  The exterior is clad in brick and EIFs with modified Bitumen (Mof-Bit) roof system.
