The project consisted of approximately 18,500 Sq. Ft. of building renovations and tenant improvement. The interior build out included improvements to all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as well as dry wall partition walls, painting and finishing, ceramic tile and carpet floor covering, interior architectural millwork and casework.
