Project Description

This project involved the construction of a 22,700-square-foot, two-story operations and fleet maintenance facility. The fleet maintenance area features two 10-ton bridge cranes, an 80,000-pound heavy-duty lift, a dedicated parts room, and personnel workspaces designed for efficiency and functionality.

The remainder of the building includes administrative offices, a training room, a break room, and restrooms. The building shell is constructed using a pre-engineered steel frame, complemented by metal wall and roof panels, with masonry and Hardie siding accents enhancing the exterior.
